Earth Day Tampa Bay Festival April 20 at Lowry Park: Earth Day is April 22 and Tampa Bay will be busting out with lots of events to get you on the green bandwagon (see Page 3). In Tampa, the annual Earth Day Tampa Bay festival will take place at the Lowry Park Bandshell from 11 to 4 on Sunday, April 20. This year's theme is Get Out: Enjoy, Explore, Protect with special emphasis on appreciating the natural environment that surrounds us.
